This notice explains how Greenwave Circularity Private Limited collects and uses personal data submitted through this website.
1. Who we are
Greenwave Circularity Private Limited is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is at Crescent Tower, 3rd Floor, 229 A J C Bose Road, Kolkata 700020, India, and our plant is at Sahaspur Industrial Area, District Khordha, Odisha 752061, India.
2. What we collect
We collect information you enter in our contact and careers forms, including your name, email, phone number, company, enquiry details, employment history, LinkedIn URL, cover note and résumé. We may also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and understand the website, such as browser type, device type, page visits and basic analytics.
3. Why we use it
We use contact information to answer enquiries, assess supply or partnership opportunities and maintain relevant business correspondence. We use career information to assess applications, communicate with candidates and consider people for suitable current or future roles. Technical data is used to operate, protect and improve the site.
4. Retention
Contact records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, our business records and applicable legal requirements. Résumés and application details for unsuccessful candidates are retained for six months after the recruitment decision, unless a longer period is required by law or you separately agree to future consideration. Records are then deleted or anonymised where practicable.
5. Service providers
We use carefully selected processors to host and operate our database, authentication, private file storage and email communications. These include Lovable Cloud and the email provider used for business correspondence. They process information only to provide services to Greenwave and are subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.
6. Sharing and sale
We may share data with authorised Greenwave personnel, professional advisers, service providers and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction, withdraw consent, object to certain uses or ask us to delete your data. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. We will explain any limitation that applies.
8. Cookies
This site may use essential cookies or similar storage needed for security, forms and signed-in administration. If optional analytics are introduced, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before they are used.
9. Indian data protection law
We intend to handle personal data consistently with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law as their requirements come into force. This includes using data for stated purposes, applying reasonable safeguards and providing appropriate ways to exercise rights.
